About
I am a Master’s student in Computer Science at the University of Southern California, focusing on backend engineering and distributed systems. I design and build scalable data infrastructure, including ingestion pipelines, product resolution systems, and attribution services, with experience developing event-driven processing pipelines, stateful services, and data-intensive backend systems built on relational storage, caching layers, and message-driven architectures. My work emphasizes deterministic processing, failure isolation, and layered service design, with a strong focus on correctness, observability, and reliability under real-world workloads.
In addition to backend systems, I bring full-stack engineering experience spanning both production and academic environments, having worked with React in industry settings and built frontend systems using Angular in coursework. This allows me to bridge system design with user-facing applications, connecting scalable backend infrastructure with responsive, real-time interfaces.
Experience
Software Engineering Intern
Santa Monica, CA
Led the end-to-end design and implementation of backend systems for ingestion, product resolution, and attribution at Prox Shopping, building deterministic, failure-isolated pipelines and a resolution engine with retailer-aware routing, signal-based scoring, and geospatial selection to generate high-confidence product mappings from scratch; defined relational data models in PostgreSQL and architected layered services in FastAPI with Redis-backed caching to ensure low-latency and reliable processing under partial failures, while additionally developing a ChatGPT Vision–powered ingestion pipeline for structured data extraction and a schema-driven observability framework with pluggable asynchronous telemetry, ultimately establishing a scalable and reliable data infrastructure foundation for production.
Software Engineering Intern

Led the frontend refactor of a production-grade LLM-powered animation platform by migrating a legacy bilingual web application to a modern React, TypeScript, and Vite stack, redesigning a responsive and interactive user interface, implementing a client-side persistence layer with IndexedDB to manage durable conversation state and reduce backend dependency, and integrating real-time animation pipelines and chat interfaces across frontend and system layers, ultimately improving performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience under browser constraints.
